I've got a new home!

My name is Pickle and I now have a family who love me.

From the previous chapter of my story...

Hello! Thanks for stopping by my dating profile. I’m Pickle, and I’m an affectionate 3-year-old member of the Calico Queens with pick-and-mix eyes. Basically I have the full set of the colours a cat can have. Aren't I gorgeous!

Through no fault of our own, my best friend in the world Penny and I are looking for a new forever home as our lovely humans are having to move house soon and just can’t take us with them. They are so SO upset. We have both given them lots of cuddles and kitty kisses to tell them it can’t helped, and we know they are trying their absolute best to make sure we go somewhere where we will be just as loved as we always have been. We will never ever forget them, how they took care of us from kittenhood, and how they helped make us the well-rounded cats we now are.

You’ll want to know more about me before we go on a date. Like I said, I’m 3 years old which is about 28 in human years, so I’m a proper adult cat. I can be a bit timid when I first meet people, but once I get to know you, I’m a total cuddle bug. Give me a pat at the base of my tail and you’ll hear my purr engine get up to 10000rpm. If you let me, you might even find me sleeping on you when you wake up. I’m not as food motivated as Penny by the way. Don’t get me wrong, I’m Pickle not Picky. (Chris our web guy thought that was hilarious. Penny and I told him not to give up his day job). I’ll eat just about anything, but I generally prefer dry food so I’m a cheap date.

Some housekeeping next. Penny and I have lived with a small dog and it’s been fine, so if there is already a canine presence in your home we’d probably be ok. Might take a bit of time to get used to them though and maybe not a big shouty one. Neither of us are huge fans of other cats though (apart from each other of course) so that’s probably a deal breaker. Oh yes, and we’ve both been playing Jumanji for the last few months and getting used to the outdoors, so ideally we’d like a home where we can (eventually) go and sniff the exciting stuff we can see through the windows.

Do you think you could be the next people to give us girls a new loving home?

We wrote the introduction of our book together.

We’d love to write the next chapter together with you.

I got another chance!

Not every cat is so lucky.

Could you be another cat's forever human?

If you think you might be able to offer a cat a forever home, please fill out the adoption form and one of the Catitude Rescue team will get back to you as soon as possible.

Thank you so much,

Lots of love and nose boops,

Pickle
