In the unlikely event you agree to taking a kitty into foster care direct from the current owner, they must officially surrender them to us.

We will ask them to download, print and complete two copies in advance, but just in case they don’t, copies are available from:

In either case, please ensure there are two completed, signed copies before you agree to take kitty into your care.

• One for them to retain for their records.
• One for you to retain for our records.
